You may have noticed we've changed our name. Formally Fraser Island Hiking, we are now K'gari Walking Tours.
We have changed our name to include K'gari, the indigenous name for Fraser Island. This name helps to honour and acknowledge the rich cultural heritage of the country's First Nations people.
Even though we’ve changed our name, we are still offering our unique, signature diverse hiking options on the World Heritage-listed K’gari (formerly Fraser Island), focusing on small group walks to highlight the island’s natural beauty and unique landscapes.
We still have our capable, knowledgeable and experienced team who are dedicated to providing high-quality, environmentally sustainable, and customer-driven experiences.
